💵 HeyNaybr Pricing

$15 – Errands within 5 miles of our service areas

$20–$25 – Errands up to 10 miles from our service areas

$25 – Grocery run (up to 20 items)

+$5 – Each additional stop

+$7 – Rush service (priority within 1 hour)


📍 Service Area Example

HeyNaybr will pick up from up to 10 miles outside our service area as long as the drop-off is within a service area — and vice versa.

Example: if your pickup is close but your drop-off is just outside our zone (within 10 miles), we’ve got you covered!


💳 Payment & Timing

Payment due upfront. You’ll receive a secure Square payment link to confirm your booking.

Completion window: errands are completed within 1–3 hours unless rush service is requested.

1. Overview

HeyNaybr (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides errand running and delivery services. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Policies.

2. Scope of Service

We assist with errands such as grocery runs, pickups, drop-offs, and other delivery tasks. We reserve the right to decline requests that involve illegal, unsafe, or restricted items.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on distance and may include additional fees for extra stops or wait times. Payments are due at booking or completion. Once service begins, payments are non-refundable unless covered under our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If canceled before the errand begins, you receive a full refund.
  • If canceled after the errand has started, a 30% fee may apply.
  • If we arrive but cannot complete the task due to inaccessibility or no response, the service will be marked completed and non-refundable.
  • If we cannot complete the errand due to external reasons (store closure, weather, emergency), you’ll receive a full refund or credit.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup/drop-off information.
  • Be reachable during the service in case of updates or changes.
  • Ensure safe and accessible locations for pickup/drop-off.

6. Liability Disclaimer

HeyNaybr acts solely as a facilitator for errands. We are not responsible for store/vendor availability or product quality. Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeyNaybr and its contractors shall not be liable for damages, delays, or losses arising from third-party issues, inaccurate details, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms & Policies at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Almost anything local and legal! Common errands include:

Pricing & Payments

How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on mileage to the errand destination — pickup and drop-off are included. Additional stops can be added for a small extra fee.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Square, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Venmo, and Cash.

Digital payments are preferred for convenience, but cash is always welcome.

Are there any extra fees?
Only in special cases, such as:
• Additional stops
• Extended mileage outside our main area
• Rush or immediate requests

We’ll always confirm total pricing before starting — no surprises or hidden fees.


Service Details

How soon can you run my errand?
Same-day service is often available! For best results, try to book a few hours in advance — especially for longer or multi-stop errands.

What are your hours?
Monday – Saturday: 8 AM – 6 PM
Closed on Sundays (special requests may be arranged in advance).

What if an item isn’t available when you arrive?
We’ll contact you immediately. You can choose a substitute, skip that stop, or reschedule. You’re only charged for errands completed.

Can you pick up prescriptions?
Yes — we can handle prepaid or ready orders. For controlled substances or ID-required pickups, please confirm with your pharmacy first.

Do you handle large or heavy items?
Yes, within reason. Please mention the item type when booking. Oversized or multi-box pickups may include a small handling fee depending on size and weight.
