Standard pricing applies within Lakewood, Brick, and Toms River, NJ, and within a 10-mile radius from the pickup location when the drop-off remains within the primary service area. Requests beyond this range may be accepted at HeyNaybr’s sole discretion and may require adjusted pricing.

4. Scheduling & Availability

All services are subject to availability and confirmation. HeyNaybr reserves the right to decline any request that falls outside the scope of services, service area, safety guidelines, or business capacity.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing is confirmed prior to service. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly plans are billed in advance and do not roll over. Additional fees may apply for extended time, additional stops, or approved distance adjustments.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee. Specific cancellation terms may be outlined at the time of booking.

1. Scheduling & Dispatch

All services are scheduled based on availability and confirmed prior to dispatch. Once a service provider has departed for a scheduled errand, the service is considered in progress.

2. Client Cancellations

Cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Cancellations made before dispatch will not be billed.
  • Cancellations made after dispatch may be billed in full.
  • Cancellations after arrival at the pickup location are considered completed and are billable.

3. No-Shows & Access Issues

If a client is unavailable at the scheduled time, fails to provide required access, or provides incomplete instructions preventing task completion, the service may be considered fulfilled and billed accordingly.

4. Monthly Plans

Monthly plans are billed in advance. Unused errands do not roll over. Plan cancellations require advance notice and take effect in the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Completed services are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for:
